FlyOOBE (formerly known as Flyby11) is a lightweight, open-source patching utility designed to remove the strict hardware restrictions Microsoft enforces during the installation of Windows 11, particularly version 24H2. By bypassing mandatory checks for TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, unsupported CPU generations, and RAM requirements, FlyOOBE enables seamless deployment on older or officially unsupported devices.

Beyond hardware bypasses, FlyOOBE significantly enhances the Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE). It allows users to disable mandatory Microsoft account sign-ins, bypass region and network checks, and customize initial system preferences without needing complex manual registry workarounds.

Download the FlyOOBE ZIP archive from the official GitHub repository.
Extract the contents of the ZIP file to a folder on your local drive.
Right-click FlyoobeApp.exe and select Run as administrator to launch the utility.
