Flyoobe 2.4.854 – Free Windows 11 Installation Bypass Tool

FlyOOBE (formerly Flyby11) is a lightweight, free Windows utility designed to streamline and customize the Windows 11 installation and Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE). It is primarily used to bypass stringent hardware requirements, such as TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, allowing users to install Windows 11 on unsupported PCs. The tool also provides a comprehensive toolkit for debloating, tweaking, and customizing the operating system from the very first boot.

Quick Start & Pro Tips

Configuring Slopilot for AI Component Deep Cleanup

  1. Launch FlyOOBE and navigate to the ‘AI Experiences’ or ‘Slopilot’ section.
  2. Click ‘Check’ to run the refined detection layer for AI-labelled components, scheduled tasks, and packages.
  3. Review the list of detected AI features (e.g., Copilot, Recall, AI apps).
  4. Select the specific components you wish to disable or remove.
  5. To perform an aggressive removal, ensure the ‘Optional deep cleanup’ setting is enabled to invoke external tooling like RemoveWindowsAI.
  6. Click ‘Apply’ to execute the cleanup and modify the Windows 11 configuration.

Why: The Slopilot feature provides granular control over Microsoft’s AI-infused components, allowing power users to perform a deep cleanup beyond standard settings. Utilizing the optional external tooling integration ensures the removal of stubborn packages and scheduled tasks, optimizing system performance and privacy.

Bypassing Hardware Checks via Windows Server Variant

  1. In the FlyOOBE main view, select the ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Install’ option.
  2. Drag and drop your Windows 11 installation.ISO file into the application window, or use the integrated Fido script to download and mount the ISO automatically.
  3. When prompted, select the option to use the ‘Windows Server variant’ of the setup process.
  4. Proceed with the installation. The use of the Windows Server setup method will automatically skip the hardware checks for TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and unsupported CPU/RAM requirements.
  5. Note: Verify your CPU supports the mandatory POPCNT and SSE4.2 CPU instructions using the built-in compatibility checker before proceeding with Windows 11 24H2/25H2 installs.

Why: This technical workaround leverages a known Microsoft deployment method. It bypasses the stringent hardware requirements. This enables the installation of a standard Windows 11 edition on older or unsupported hardware. This is critical for IT admins and enthusiasts managing diverse hardware fleets.
